• Account information: Email address and name (via Google sign-in or email registration)
• Photos you upload: Images you submit for AI transformation
• Generated content: Images, videos, and stories created by AI from your uploads
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, device type, browser type
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the service — processing your photos through AI models
• To display your generated content back to you and on shared result pages
• To improve the service and fix issues
• To send transactional emails (account verification, receipts)
• To process payments for premium features

3. AI Processing

Your uploaded photos are sent to third-party AI services for transformation. These include image generation APIs and video generation APIs. Your photos are used solely to generate the requested output and are not used to train AI models. Generated content is stored to allow you to view and share your results.

4. Face Swap & Biometric Data

Some features use facial recognition technology to swap or transform faces in photos. By using these features, you consent to the processing of facial geometry data. This data is used only for the specific transformation you request and is not stored separately from the generated output. We do not sell biometric data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Google (Gemini) — AI image generation
• Kling (via fal.ai) — AI video generation
• ElevenLabs — Voice generation for stories
• Cloudinary — Media storage and processing
• Supabase — Image storage
• Vercel — Hosting and analytics

6. Data Storage & Retention

Your uploaded photos and generated content are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. You can delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal information. Shared result pages may remain accessible after account deletion.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how people use the service. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Request a copy of your data

9. Children

Mixtura is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
